Start out with a 10-minute walk, and then add a minute every day. (So 11-minutes on day two, 12-minutes on day 3, etc.) By the end of the 4-week challenge, you’ll have walked a total of 696 minutes! That’s almost 12 hours!!!
This will have an amazing impact on your overall health, helping you to regulate blood pressure, reduce your risk of stroke, and lower your risk of heart disease.
