Feel Good Fridays – Sunrise Smoothie Recipe

We know men have a hard time getting up in the morning, and it can be even more of a struggle after having children (hey, we know that you guys help out with nighttime feedings!). For that reason, we’ve found a smoothie recipe that is sure to give you (and your family!) a TON of much needed energy!

1 1/2 Cups Coconut Water (Or Filtered Water)
1 Large Ripe Organic Pear
1 Medium Organic Banana
1 Organic Orange, Peeled & Seeds Removed
1 Cup of Organic Pineapple Chunks
8 Medium Organic Kale Leaves
1 Cup Ice
Body Ecology Stevia to Taste (Optional)


For high speed blender: Place ingredients in blender in the order listed. Start on low, turning to high until totally blended.
For regular blender: Puree coconut water and kale. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Makes about 5 1/2 cups, or 2-3 large servings. Enjoy!  🙂
