Feel Good Fridays – Lung Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Happy Friday!! We are so glad you are checking back in with us – this particular smoothie recipe, that’s not only refreshing but also great for strengthening your lungs, is one of our favorites!!!

Make sure to drink this within 15 minutes of making it for maximum potency.



3 Organic Kale Leaves (Remove stems if desired)

3 Organic Celery Stalks

1 Piece of Organic Ginger (2 Inches)

1 Organic Green Apple

1/2  Organic Lemon (Peeled)

1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (Add to your liking)
You can juice the following ingredients or combine them all in a smoothie with 1 cup of ice and 1 cup of either coconut milk or water. Either way, both methods are delicious!!!
