Feel Good Fridays – Kale Almond Pineapple Smoothie

Happy Friday! Wednesday, we discussed adult men health, and some ways to keep on top of the men in your life to make sure they breeze through their 30’s! Today, we wanted to share a smoothie recipe with you – it’s wonderfully healthy, but all they will think is that it tastes great! šŸ™‚

Kale is a super-food, and it’s a great addition to all kinds of smoothies. Paired with the sweetness of pineapple, this option makes a great snack or lunchtime treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/2Ā Cup Organic Chopped Kale
1/2Ā Cup Organic Pineapple Juice (Non Concentrate)
1/2Ā Cup Organic Pineapple Chunks
1/2Ā Organic Banana
1 Tablespoon Body Ecology Vitality Super GreenĀ (Optional)

1 Tablespoon Body Ecology Super Spirulina (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
