Feel Good Friday – Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse Smoothie Recipe

It’s Friday!! Yes, we did miss posting this Wednesday (sometimes life does get in the way!), but we are wanting to begin a new Liver/Gallbladder Cleanser for the next 30 days, and thought that showcasing this smoothie recipe would be the perfect start! Doing a liver/gallbladder cleanse will help to flush stones from the gallbladder and liver and assist in removing toxin build-up.

Without further ado, here is the smoothie recipe!

Ginger-Mint-Pineapple Smoothie
INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1/4 of an organic pineapple, chopped and skin removed
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1/2 cup organic mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut water (or water)
  • Body Ecology Stevia; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. We hope you enjoy!
